About MyDreamMap

I chose the name MyDreamMap not to have a cool or catchy title, but because of a personal belief and deep conviction in the importance of having dreams, pursuing them, and enjoying the fulfillment of working toward and achieving those dreams.
The idea behind MyDreamMap is to put everything I know—lessons learned, experiences, knowledge, education, and all my God-given talents—toward helping others find the best way not only to achieve their dreams but also to enjoy every step of the journey.
In my coaching style, I don’t stick to one method that worked in the past for someone else, a fixed methodology, a checklist, or guidelines from a coaching class or certificate. Instead, I put all of myself in your shoes and pursue your dreams as if they were my own, holding nothing back. I’ll use every tool in my toolbox (or even discover new ones) to help you make that decision, get that promotion, cross that hurdle, overcome that fear, climb that mountain, break down that wall, bring, your idea to life, make peace with a situation or person, accept a roadblock and find your detour. Whatever it takes, my goal is to help you uncover the roadmap to purpose, fulfillment, and accomplishment.

Lessons learned are the highest level of education anyone can achieve, in good, bad, or ugly times. If noticed and retained, they are our brightest teachers, and if ignored, the journey to find our purpose is prolonged

Storyline

1991

I started my career in the corporate finance world, working for a Fortune 100 company. There, I learned and put into practice many technical and soft skills, discovering my talent for problem-solving and my passion for building things from scratch. This was also when I developed a liking for corporate training and teaching, finding great fulfillment in it.
Lesson Learned: I realized the power of mentorship and knowledge-sharing, understanding that teaching others not only reinforces my own skills but also creates lasting impact.

2001

My passion expanded into mergers and acquisitions, and I spent the next few years working closely with company executives to identify and acquire suitable targets. During this time, I was exposed to international cultures, recognizing the importance of embracing cultural differences and leveraging commonalities to achieve common goals.
Lesson Learned: I learned that crisis management and change management are essential tools for navigating both people and processes, especially in high-stakes, cross-cultural environments.

2003

One of the most important periods of my life, I spent the next 10 years advising Fortune 500 companies—particularly C-suite executives—on issues ranging from process changes to complete overhauls of departments. My work covered technical finance and strategy topics as well as change management and communications. I discovered project management for the business world and was at the forefront of advocating for its importance, influencing top consulting firms to educate their consultants and managers on it. This was also when I expanded into startups and smaller businesses gearing for growth.
Lesson Learned: I saw firsthand how structured project management could transform businesses, and I became a strong believer in its universal value—not just for large corporations but for ambitious smaller ventures as well.

2012

I ventured into small business advisory, wealth management, and other aspects of startups, blending technical and non-technical consulting. This period was crucial in honing my leadership abilities—I managed up to 120+ employees simultaneously and worked with over 1,000 clients of diverse backgrounds, wealth levels, habits, and risk tolerances. It was a time of innovation, creating strategic alliances, training programs, and multiple B2B and B2C brands.
Lesson Learned: Leading a large, diverse team and serving a wide range of clients taught me adaptability and the importance of tailoring solutions to individual needs while maintaining a cohesive vision.

2015

I started a small business consulting firm focused on providing Fortune 500-caliber services to smaller businesses. My goal was to give them access to the same insights, strategies, and tools typically reserved for the world’s largest companies—despite their resource constraints.
Lesson Learned: This experience reinforced the value of resourcefulness and prioritizing high-ROI activities, teaching me to deliver maximum impact with limited resources.

2018

Alongside advisory work, I pursued my passion for real estate, engaging in multiple transactions and exploring new industry methodologies. This led to the creation of a mega digital cross-border real estate marketplace in 2020/2021, as well as other disruptive initiatives in the sector.
Lesson Learned: I learned the critical importance of external focus, balancing intuitive decision-making with disciplined priority-setting. Saying “no” became more vital than ever, helping me eliminate distractions and zero in on value-adding activities.

2020

I started a registered investment advisory firm focused on emerging markets and socially responsible investments, promoting sectors like alternative energy, housing, medical, education, logistics, and recreation. I also launched one of the first robust cross-border real estate marketplaces, educating buyers on 100+ global markets.
Lesson Learned: The journey from concept to execution over the past 15 years—especially the last five—gave me a new perspective. Devising strategies is one thing; executing them is another. Combining consulting expertise with hands-on execution deepened my understanding of businesses and their leaders.

Today

While still involved in my ventures, I find the most fulfillment in coaching, mentoring, and advising executives, founders, and entrepreneurs. Helping others see opportunities they might miss is incredibly rewarding.
Lesson Learned: My experiences and accomplishments multiply through the success of those I work with. The fulfillment of contributing to others’ success stories is beyond explanation, and I consider myself truly blessed.
